University Shortlist and Application Strategy: Reach, Match and Safety

A university shortlist and application-strategy board, opened early in the exam year once visits and grade reports are in hand, to narrow the list and set your mix of reach, match and safety choices. The whiteboard holds your must-haves, a quadrant sorting candidates by how much you want it against the odds, a comparison table of curriculum, subjects, living and cost, and a five-step flow to family agreement. The task board runs Interested, Researching, Visited, Shortlisted and Confirmed; move a card the day you visit, and shortlist only what the quadrant places as reach, match or safety.
