As a QA engineer working on-site, I saw the same scene again and again: once a meeting was over, an idea sketched out on a whiteboard would get copied by hand onto a kanban board, and people would spend time just moving between three tools, trying to remember "where did I even write that idea down."

That discomfort was where WeProcess started. Brainstorming, task management, structuring — each a good tool on its own. The problem was that people were carrying information between them by hand. And that manual work never showed up in any estimate. Time isn't the only thing lost when you copy something by hand.

We've added a piece to our public site that traces how all this came about: the Development Story. It isn't a description of features — it's about the background that led me to think this way. Today, WeProcess completes its pre-launch period and officially launches as a full release.

A big thank you to the many of you who sent us feedback and requests during the pre-launch period.
Your account, projects, and points all carry over, and you can keep using them exactly as before.

■ Key improvements since pre-launch
Here is what we have added and improved based on your feedback.

[Teams (new)]
• You can now create teams, manage members, and invite people by email.
• Projects and whiteboards can be set to "Unlisted" so that only your team can see them, and everyone on the team can co-edit.

[Real-time co-editing on the whiteboard]
• Members who have the same board open now see each other's cursors and edits in real time.
• We redesigned the editor interface and added frame search and link sharing.

[More powerful task management]
• We added Bulk Task Import, so you can create tasks in bulk from a CSV file.
• We added custom fields and assignees for tasks, and a completion-rate progress bar for subtasks.

[Marketplace / Cashout]
• You can now cash out the points you earn from likes on your templates. We keep you updated by email as your request progresses, so you can track it through to the completed bank transfer.

[Gamification]
• We added bonuses for staying active: you now earn XP for reaching login and task-completion milestones.

[Ease of use]
• We added Voice Input (enable it in your account settings, and it works in every text field).
• We added the "Sakura Night" and "Sakura Day" themes, so there are now five to choose from.
• We added a Contact us button at the bottom right of the screen so you can reach us anytime.
• We have continued to harden the product based on security audits and to improve overall stability.

■ New at the official launch
• You can now invite people to a team by email address even if they do not have an account yet (they join once they create an account and choose a plan).
• The Kanban board feels dramatically faster (task details open instantly, and drag-and-drop changes apply immediately).
• You now receive a copy of your inquiry as an in-app notification and an email, and replies from our team arrive by email as well.
• We removed the monthly row limit on Bulk Task Import (only the per-import row limit still applies).
• We added an explanation of project visibility options and updated the feature comparison on the pricing page to match what is available today.

This is where WeProcess really begins.
We will keep adding features and making improvements, and we hope you will keep building with us.
