Creative Motivation Waves Retro for Beginners: Map Energy from Idea to Release, Plan Breaks

A beginner retrospective template for solo creators: after finishing a work, map your motivation from idea to release in 30 minutes and set the next work's deadline and breaks. Four pages: page 1 holds the work, period, early hopes, goals, deadline and an energy scale; page 2 stamps five stages (idea, rough, main work, finishing, release) to draw the wave, with stall reasons and days; page 3 sums up the reasons with YWT and sorts them by how often you stall versus how much you can fix; page 4 puts rests and rewards into the next work's timeline and builds a plan table and a note to yourself. The task board has five columns - Upcoming, Writing out, Pinpointing, Planning, Done - with four parent tasks of three subtasks each. Tip: put rest days before the stage where you usually stall. Use it alone or with a limited-visibility team.
