Career Training for Beginners: Work Inventory Board | Review roles in pairs, choose what to grow

Use this career training template for beginners in a half-day session where teammates review past work and choose what to grow in the company over 3 years. It has 4 boards, a timeline from joining to today, a work inventory by period with a strength note from your pair, a Will / Can / Must page to pick strengths, and 3-year actions with a six-month review. The task board has 5 columns, from Prep before training to Reviewed, with 4 parent tasks for the 4 boards and 3 subtasks each. For each period, write what you handled, what you learned to do, and what people asked of you, then your pair adds strengths you overlook. HR or a senior colleague from another department facilitates; everyone writes on their own board and talks in pairs. Direct managers do not join, and the pair promise is no judging and no use in evaluations. You can write with members of a limited-visibility team. As it holds personal history, keep it limited-visibility and never publish it by URL or embed it.
