Craft Fair Booth Plan for Beginners: Pick Items, Set Prices, and Prep Your Booth

This beginner-friendly template helps first-time sellers at craft fairs and maker markets pick which items to make by weighing effort against popularity. Across the four boards, page 1 checks the event conditions and sets your goal, page 2 lists every item idea and sorts it by effort versus popularity, page 3 fixes how many to make, the price, and the order for tags and wrapping, and page 4 lines up your booth and supplies through your after-event review. The task board has three columns - making, finishing, and ready to pack - and four parent tasks (confirming conditions, comparing item ideas, setting quantity and price, and prepping the booth), each split into three subtasks, all starting in making with no due date. To prep a craft fair booth, list questions for the organizer, make low-effort, popular items your mainstay, and make only as many as your hours allow. Reuse it for each event; bookkeeping, taxes, and food permits are out of scope.
