4C Analysis for Beginners: Sort Customer Feedback into Value, Cost, Convenience, Communication

Small shop and online shop owners who only think in the seller's 4Ps use this beginner 4C template to sort feedback into value, cost, convenience, and communication, and turn fixes into tasks. The whiteboard has 4 pages: page 1 reads what 4C means and collects customer comments; page 2 sorts them into the 4C table and counts top comments and complaints; page 3 lists fix ideas per 4C and picks this month's priorities; page 4 plans and runs the fix, checks the reaction, and decides whether to continue. The task board has 4 columns - prepare, in progress, check reaction, and done - with 4 parent tasks in the same order as the pages, each holding 3 subtasks. Even without knowing 4C, rewrite the bakery example notes with your own shop's details to work through it step by step. 4P is the seller's view; 4C reviews the same thing from the customer's view, and page 1 shows that link in one line. Share the board with your team as a limited-access link, and use your decisions in shop updates.
