AIDMA for Beginners: Track Customers Through 5 Stages and Turn Stalls Into Tasks

This beginner AIDMA template helps solo shop owners, teachers, and handmade artists see where customers stall across 5 stages - attention, interest, desire, memory, action - and turns it into tasks. The whiteboard has 4 pages - page 1 maps the 5 stages and marks the stall, page 2 lists reasons and ideas on an effect-by-effort matrix, page 3 picks 3 ideas to do, hold, or drop, and page 4 runs the plan and logs results. The task board has 4 columns - prep, in progress, watching response, done - with 4 parent tasks matching the 4 pages and 3 subtasks each. Instead of jumping to more flyers or lower prices, you test a small fix for the stalled stage - like a next-visit card when customers forget you after a trial (memory stage). It doesn't promise ad results or sales; it's for counting responses and reviewing them next month. Family or friends who help can share the same board under limited visibility, and the monthly review runs by repeating the same tasks.
