Work the whiteboard top to bottom. Use This Year's Target to decide how far you're going and how much time you have, then pick today's room from Room by Area Map. Inside one room, follow How One Room Goes in order - toss, store, polish - so you don't backtrack. When you stall, check Rules When You Hesitate and Where It Stalls, and add anything you notice to Notes to Make Next Year Easier.
