Crowdfunding for Beginners: Plan Your Goal, Fees, Reward Tiers, and Shipping Prep

This beginner template for reward-based crowdfunding helps individuals or groups of 4 to 7 plan a first campaign for a new product, shop, or local project, from the goal and costs to shipping. The whiteboard has four pages. Page 1 sets your reasons, the goal, production cost, fees, shipping, and a reserve. Page 2 spreads reward ideas across six price tiers from $3 to $200 and three types. Page 3 compares cost, shipping, effort, and delivery time for five candidates and keeps rewards that avoid a loss. Page 4 sets the timeline from pre-launch to shipping and who does what by when. The task board has five columns, from Planning to Shipped, with 4 parent tasks and 3 subtasks each (16 in total). Fee rates, rules, taxes, and required notices go in set boxes and are checked on each service's official pages and with the tax office. You can write together with a limited-visibility team.
