VRIO Analysis for Beginners: Test Your Strengths with 4 Questions and Protect the One That Lasts

VRIO analysis for beginners, for owners and staff of a small shop who test their strengths with four questions and pick one strength to protect. Four pages: page 1 sets the business and rivals and gathers candidate strengths on six branches; page 2 runs the four questions (value, rarity, imitability, organization) on six candidates in a judging table; page 3 sorts results into losing, level, winning for now, and winning long-term, then picks one strength; page 4 sets actions to polish it, make it known, and make it hard to copy, and fixes strengths the team cannot use yet. The task board has five columns, from Not judged yet to Done, with 4 parent tasks and 12 subtasks. The tip - ask the questions in that order and stop at the first No. The example is a small dry cleaner by the station, so rewrite it for your own shop. The owner and 3 to 6 staff can fill in sticky notes together in a limited-access team.
