Idea Mind Map for Beginners: Branch Out Who, What and How, Then Pin Your Plan's Core in One Sentence

Junior employees given a new campaign to plan use this beginner idea mind map to branch out who, what, and how and pin the core of the plan in one sentence. Four boards: board 1 records the request, deadline, and audience, then checks premises, limits, and success with the six 5W1H questions; board 2 spreads ideas over six branches and lists strong ones as "if... then"; board 3 compares three candidates in one line each, weighs pros and cons, and settles the core sentence; board 4 splits the outline into five branches with owners and deadlines. The task board has four columns (To think about, Thinking, With my manager, Decided) with four parent tasks of three subtasks each. Tip: confirm the request and the picture of success first, generate ideas before judging, then narrow by whether you can say it in one line. Works solo or with your manager in a limited-access team.
