Tutoring School New Course Planning for Beginners: From Student Needs to Opening

Owners of small tutoring schools, language schools, and hobby classes use this beginner new course planning template to set the session count and each session's aim from student struggles. Across four pages, you gather student struggles and classroom conditions, mind-map the course content and compare three drafts, sort the drafts into adopt, adjust and adopt, or hold while setting each session's aim, and write the trial-to-opening flow and preparations. The task board has three columns - preparing, recruiting, and open - with four parent tasks in page order and three subtasks each. Rewrite the example notes in your own words even with no course-building experience, aim for sessions one to five in the form "can do ~," and never promise higher grades or passing an exam.
