Case Study Training for Beginners: Judgment Comparison Board for Workplace Cases

Use this beginner case study training template in team-lead study sessions to show your judgment on a workplace case by position, compare reasons, and reach a conclusion. Page 1: the facilitator writes the case, question, facts, and constraints. Page 2: everyone places a name note on the choice-by-confidence matrix and writes a reason. Page 3: two groups compare pros and cons and reach conclusions. Page 4: each person picks a lesson to try at work with a trial date and a report date. The task board has four columns and four parent tasks, one per page, each with three subtasks. The facilitator only needs to write one case. Members of a limited-visibility team can edit together, so everyone places a note on the same board. The aim is not to guess a right answer but to see how judgments differ and use that at work.
