Group Photo Exhibition Prep Board for Beginners|Wall Layout to Gallery Shifts

This beginner template helps a 5-10 person photo circle plan their first group exhibition at a gallery or café, from the wall layout through printing, framing, and load-in. The whiteboard has 4 pages: page 1 sets the theme and venue with a mind map; page 2 lays out candidate works on walls 1-4; page 3 narrows the works and framing with a 4-box matrix; and page 4 plans promotion and 5-day gallery-sitting shifts, then reflects afterward. The task board has 3 columns - in prep, ordered, and ready to install - with 4 parent tasks matching the 4 pages and 3 subtasks each, all starting unassigned in 'in prep.' Swap the 'e.g.' notes for your own details to plan everything from theme to load-out, even as first-timers. Co-edit with members under limited sharing, and publish the notice and work list as a separate board via URL or embed. Check portrait rights and the venue contract yourselves - this board doesn't decide those.
