This beginner template helps 3 to 6 people who met online, making their first original song and video, set roles and a handoff order through to launch day. Across 4 pages, page 1 aligns strengths, time, song vision, and launch date, page 2 breaks the song into 6 roles and checks for overload, page 3 sets the handoff order and data rules, and page 4 runs pre-launch checks, launch, and a retrospective. The task board has 4 columns - to do, in progress, awaiting handoff, and confirmed - with 4 parent tasks matching the pages and 3 subtasks each (16 total), all starting in to do with no assignee. The easiest thing to lose in a collab is whose turn is next - set the handoff order early, co-edit with distant members via limited sharing, and after launch showcase the making-of on a separate board. This template does not decide rights or revenue splits; it only covers writing down what you agreed.
