YouTube Video Ideas for Beginners: Topics from Viewer Problems, Title Comparison, One Video Plan

A beginner-friendly template for new YouTubers who want to plan their next video in one weekend, from viewer problems to topics, titles, and a filming plan. Four pages: on page 1, pick one viewer, note what three reference videos teach you, and branch out their problems. On page 2, match the problems to four video types - how-to, comparison, I tried it, and mistakes. On page 3, compare title ideas and rank the next three videos by demand and ease of filming. On page 4, outline video one, assign script, filming, editing, and publishing with deadlines, and decide what to review afterward. The task board has four columns, from topic ideas to published and reviewed, with four parent tasks and three subtasks each. Starting from viewer problems instead of what you feel like filming makes topics easier to find and titles easier to choose. Compare titles on whether they are clear at a glance and whether they make people want to click.
