Illustration Practice Plan for Beginners: Pick Exercises and Check Progress in 4 Weeks

An illustration practice template for beginners who have been drawing for under six months: pick three exercises from your weak spots and build a 4-week schedule in 30 minutes. The whiteboard has four pages: compare the drawing you want to make with your current one and list weak spots; list exercises for each weak spot and sort them into four zones by impact and ease; choose three and spread them over a 4-week by weekday schedule; compare with your earlier drawing each weekend and decide what to keep, swap, or drop. The task board has four columns - want to practice, this week's practice, waiting to compare, and done - and four parent tasks with three subtasks each, one parent per page. Mark each practice day with a circle and write one improvement each weekend, so small progress stays visible. If you use someone else's artwork as your target, keep it for your own reference and do not publish the board by URL.
