Study Plan for Beginners: Split Material by Day, Keep a Buffer Day, Rebuild When Behind

A study plan template for beginners: set up your first month with exam or language materials, then rebuild it after one week if you fall behind. The whiteboard has 4 boards. Board 1 holds your goal, deadline, and free time. Board 2 counts books, workbooks, and videos and splits them into daily amounts with a worked example. Board 3 sorts topics into four groups by how often they appear and how weak you are, then sets a week of 5 study days, 1 buffer day, and 1 rest day. Board 4 gives week 1 tasks an amount and a deadline and picks a way to rebuild: cut the amount, add days, or change the order. The task board has four columns - plan, this week, in progress, and done - with 4 parent tasks, one per board, and 3 subtasks each. The usual trap is deciding to study every day without counting the material. Here you count and divide first, so a delay never forces you to drop the plan. The tables do not calculate for you, so fill in your own numbers using the worked example row.
