Fun Done Learn Retrospective for Beginners: Sort a Month of Study, Change One Way to Learn

Self-study learners of a certification or language use this Fun Done Learn retrospective for beginners to sort a month of study into three frames and change one habit. In 20 to 30 minutes at month's end, page 1 lists your goal and weeks 1-5, page 2 turns them into sticky notes in the Fun, Done, and Learn frames and an overlap table, page 3 ranks what to keep and what to change on two axes so you pick one, and page 4 turns that pick into next month's weekly study tasks. The task board has four columns - this month's material, this week's study, going well, and reviewed - with 4 parent tasks, one per page, and 3 subtasks each. Instead of the three overlapping circles of the original method, it uses three frames and an overlap table, so you keep the ways of studying that overlap most and change the frame with the fewest notes. Use it alone, or with 2-4 study partners in a limited-visibility team.
