Promo Calendar for Beginners: A 12-Month Yearly Board for Small Shops to Plan Peak Months Early

This promo calendar template for beginners helps small shops and online stores line up 12 months of events and last year's sales at the start of the year. The whiteboard has four pages. Page 1 sorts last year's sales into high, average, and low months and gathers ideas. Page 2 lays out events and ideas in two tables, January to June and July to December. Page 3 sorts ideas by sales potential and prep effort and picks three focus months. Page 4 adds dates and owners to a prep timeline. The task board has five columns - waiting to prepare, preparing, promoting, checking results, and done - with 4 parent tasks and 3 subtasks each. A promo calendar decides in advance which month to push which products. Grow your best months, fill slow months with ideas, and start prep about two months ahead. It works for a solo owner or with a private team.
