My Timeline for Beginners: Plan Your Family's Steps from 3 Days Before a Typhoon to Evacuation

This beginner template shows how to make a My Timeline, a family evacuation timeline, so a family can decide before typhoon and heavy-rain season who does what and when. It has four boards. Board 1 uses the hazard map to check your home's risks, family needs, and shelters with routes. Board 2 lines up six stages from three days ahead to evacuation, with what to check and each person's actions. Board 3 decides who takes whom, what to bring, and what to check in confusing moments. Board 4 gives preparations an owner and a deadline and sets the next review date. The task board has four columns, from things to look up to prepared, with four parent tasks and three subtasks each. Whether to evacuate is not decided here. Confirm it with your local government's evacuation information and weather warnings. Rewrite each example for your home, and review it together as a family every year.
