PTA Officer Structure Chart for Beginners: Map Roles, Lighten the Load, Hand Over

Beginner template for PTA presidents and officers to map how the president, committees, and class reps connect, lighten the load, and hand over to next year's team. Four boards: board 1 sets this year's policy, the flow from the April meeting to March, and each committee's events and timing; board 2 branches from the president to officers, committees, and class reps and lists work per term; board 3 estimates hours and people per job and sorts them into continue, increase, start, stop, and reduce; board 4 holds the handover table, file locations, and the new officers' first April tasks with owners and deadlines. The chart branches left and right from the center; for a top-down chart you can also add the Org Chart framework from the edit screen. The task board has five columns (Not started, Writing out, Reviewing, Handing over, Done) with four parent tasks, three subtasks each. Use role titles, not names or contacts, and fill it in with your limited-visibility team.
