Parent Care Family Roles Chart for Beginners: Show Who Does What So No One Carries It Alone

Two to four siblings who have started caring for a parent use this beginner template at an online family meeting to settle who does what in caregiving. Page 1 lists the parent's state and help needed in a daily, weekly, and monthly table. Page 2 links family, professionals, and services in a support chart. Page 3 sorts the help by weight and ease of handover to fix the imbalance. Page 4 sets the duty schedule, contact frequency, and each person's tasks with deadlines. The task board has five columns, with four parent tasks matching the pages and three subtasks each. A care manager is a professional who helps plan care; if you have none yet, ask the local care consultation desk. Medical and care-system decisions are not made on the board. Members of a limited-visibility team can write together, so no public URL is needed.
