First Online Book Club Board for Beginners: Bring Chapter Summaries, Discuss, and Act by Tomorrow

First-timers running an online book club use this beginner template to split one book by chapter, discuss it, and turn the talk into tomorrow's action, all on one board. The whiteboard has four pages: page 1 sets the book, goal, chapter assignments, and session rules; page 2 gathers each chapter's summary and question; page 3 picks a question and discusses it; and page 4 reflects with YWT and plans tomorrow's action. The task board has five columns - Prepare, Read & Write, Discuss, Try & Report, and Done - with four parent tasks matching the four pages and three subtasks each, and every cell already has an example filled in so you can run your first session just by following the numbers. Because you report what you tried in the first five minutes of the next session, the circle turns reading into a habit instead of stopping at "we read it."
