AI Pilot Plan Board for Beginners: One Task, One Team, 4 Weeks, Then Decide Whether to Scale

This beginner template helps first-time AI users plan and run a small AI pilot - one task, one team, four weeks - before deciding whether to scale it up. The whiteboard holds a 4-week plan grid for what to do, what to observe, and who's in charge, three frames for narrowing the scope to one task, one team, and four weeks, four PDCA steps, three frames for weekly notes on what worked, what got stuck, and what to change, and a final frame for the scale, adjust, or stop decision. The task board has five columns - choose the pilot, preparing, running the 4 weeks, review, and done - starting with 4 parent tasks and 12 subtasks, all in the choose the pilot column. Narrow the scope to one task, run it for four weeks, keep a 3-line weekly log, and make the call in week 4, instead of getting stuck on an all-or-nothing rollout. Before-and-after metrics belong in another template; this board only covers testing and deciding. It works solo or with a team of about five.
