Business Email Dojo: Draft, Revise, and Bank Reusable Wording in 30 Days

The Business Email Dojo template shows a first-year professional how to write a business email fast, with subject lines, openings, and closings ready for the four situations that come up most. The whiteboard holds a 5W1H diagram (What, Why, Who, When, Where, How) for settling the ask, four steps from draft to send, a table of subject lines and openings by situation, a check on recipients and attachments, and a growing bank of wording and feedback. The task board runs five columns, from Drafting through Applying a format, Revising and checking, and Sent to Template bank, and starts with five parent tasks not yet begun - taking stock, building formats, checking before you send, following up, and banking what worked. After thirty days you never start from a blank page, and the email that ate thirty minutes goes out in five - paste a banked line, adjust, send.
