New Hire Group Work for Beginners: Team Product Pitch Contest Board with Stamp Voting

HR leads can use this beginner group work template for new hire training: 6–9 new hires in 3 teams pitch an imaginary product and vote with circle stamps. Four pages: page 1 sets the topic, rules, judging criteria, and teams; page 2 holds each team's planning sheet (customer, problem, solution, price) and pitch prep; page 3 places every idea on a desire-by-feasibility grid, counts stamp votes, and picks the winner; page 4 polishes the winner on a Value Proposition Canvas and sets learnings, owners, and deadlines. The task board has four columns - To do, In progress, Waiting for HR, and Done - with 4 parent tasks and 3 subtasks each. Members of a private team can add sticky notes together on the same board. Even an HR lead who has never run a group work session or a product pitch contest can follow the examples and build a half-day program. Votes are just circle stamps counted by eye and written on a note, so no tools are needed.
