Johari Window for Beginners: Pick Strength Words, Fill 4 Windows, Share One Thing About Yourself

A beginner-friendly Johari Window template for teams of 4 to 6 after a transfer or a new hire, used in a 30 to 45 minute meeting to learn how teammates see each other. Four pages - page 1 sets the aim, 20 strength words, and the rules; page 2 places the words you and teammates picked, with names, into the Open, Blind, Hidden, and Unknown windows; page 3 picks one surprising word from the Blind window and the speaking order; page 4 sets one thing to share, one person to ask, a deadline, and a review date. The task board has five columns and four parent tasks, one per page, with three subtasks each. A word goes in the Open window when you and a teammate both picked it, Blind when only teammates did, Hidden when only you did, and Unknown when nobody did. Use strength words only, name the picker on each note, never dismiss a word you receive, and share from the Hidden window only what you choose. Keep the URL private within your team.
