First 90 Days Ramp-Up Log: Getting to Your Own Results as a New Hire
The First 90 Days Ramp-Up Log is a 30-60-90 day onboarding template that a brand-new hire opens on day one and updates every week while working toward doing the job alone. The whiteboard holds a declaration of what passing means in numbers, a 3x3 table of what to reach by day 30, 60 and 90, a mind map inventory of the work you own, and a fifteen-minute Friday KPT retrospective (Keep, Problem, Try). The task board runs four columns - to learn, learning now, trying it solo, can do it alone - and ships with five parent tasks and 13 subtasks untouched, covering the whole job, the routine in 30 days, working solo by day 60, one improvement by day 90, and aligning with your manager. Because passing is defined in numbers before you start, a gap with your manager's expectations shows up at the day-30 self-scoring instead of at day 90.
