First Client Visit: Prep the Night Before, Show Up Well, Follow Up Within 24 Hours

A first client visit template for junior salespeople who are shadowing a senior colleague, covering the prep the night before, meeting etiquette on the day, and the thank-you email within 24 hours. The whiteboard holds the 5W1H of the visit, the steps from arriving fifteen minutes early through the twenty-four hours after you leave, what to carry and wear and say, a log for each client, and a KPT review. The task board runs Scheduled, Preparing, Visit day, Follow-up and notes, Done, and opens with five parent tasks and thirteen subtasks - research, kit and dress, the trip there, the thank-you email, and the visit log. Run one visit as one card and the worry about being late or forgetting something turns into a routine, so by the second and third visit you have both a method of your own and a file on every client.
