School Festival Retro for Beginners: Feelings Flow Board with Fun and Hard Reasons by Team

A school festival retrospective template for beginners: the committee chair or a teacher runs a one-hour talk with up to 10 team leaders after a festival or sports day. Four boards: board 1 sets the event, ground rules, team roles, and the six phases from deciding to cleanup; board 2 places feelings per phase and a team-by-phase table of fun and hard reasons; board 3 sorts ideas with a Starfish (keep, more, start, stop, less) and a four-zone grid to pick what to pass on; board 4 sets the handover table, file location, handover meeting, and a note to next year's committee. The task board has four columns (preparing, in discussion, writing the handover, handed over) with four parent tasks and three subtasks each. The facilitator places sticky notes while listening and writes events, not names. Leaders can also write in a limited-visibility team. Each fun or hard moment is kept with a reason and a time, so next year's committee knows when to start preparing.
