Online Training for Beginners: Remote Team Answer Board to Write Answers and Sort Questions

A beginner-friendly online training template for remote teams, where a trainer shares the screen and everyone writes answers and questions on the same whiteboard. It has four pages. Page 1 shares today's goal and the writing rules, and each person writes what they want to learn in one line. Page 2 collects the answers to three exercises and three kinds of questions. Page 3 sorts the questions by whether everyone wants to know and whether they can be answered today, then sets answer notes and who takes the rest. Page 4 uses the GROW model (goal, reality, options, will) so each person decides a next step and leaves feedback. The task board has four columns - prep before training, writing during training, take-aways after training, and done - with 4 parent tasks, one per page, and 3 subtasks each. Members of a limited-visibility team write together, so people with cameras off can join with sticky notes.
