Class Jobs and Committees Chart for Beginners: Link Jobs to Committees So Kids Know Who to Ask

Homeroom teachers use this beginner template at the start of term to link class jobs and committees with lines, so students see their own work and who to ask for help. Page 1 gathers the class goal and the daily, weekly, and event duties, then drafts job ideas in a table. Page 2 links committees and jobs around the class, with a job card for each. Page 3 spots jobs with too few or too many students and sets headcounts and rules for choosing again. Page 4 plans the term, gives first actions an owner and due date, and ends with a KPT review. The task board has five columns and four parent tasks, one per page, each with three subtasks. The teacher places students' ideas on sticky notes, so a class of about 30 can reach the chart in one homeroom period. Members can be written as seat numbers or job names, following school rules.
