Recruiter and Scout Board: Run Multiple Channels Without Crossing Wires

A recruiter and scout tracking template for job seekers working with several recruiters, headhunters, and job board scout platforms at the same time. The whiteboard carries five pieces - a Will-Can-Must frame that fixes three search criteria, a grid comparing every channel on contact, specialty, quality of intros, and contact frequency, a rule frame holding non-negotiables, duplicate applications, reply deadlines, and decline scripts, a matrix sorting roles by fit against interest, and a month-end KPT on each channel. The task board runs five columns - Before signup, Awaiting intro call, Roles incoming, In process, Paused / Passed - and starts with five parent tasks plus their subtasks, all not started. One board shows which channel sent you where, so duplicate applications and late replies stop before they cost you an offer.

One line of reason is enough Once a role hits In process, block out your current work and send three interview slots Tell them you can take calls around noon and after 7 p.m. Pass on a role | The location does not meet my criteria, so I will pass this time Fewer calls | I cannot take calls during the day, so email works much better for me Pause intros | I am well into another process, so please pause introductions for now Decline an offer | The terms were attractive, but I am prioritizing location and will decline 縦軸: Interest (how... Two of three met and interest is high. Tell the channel you will accept if that one gap closes, and hold the card while you wait. All three met and interest is high. Move the card to In process and ask the channel for a referral. This is your top priority. Zero or one met and interest is low. Move the card to Paused / Passed (how to reply and by when is in frame 4). The criteria fit but interest is low. Take one or two only, to test your interview form and check the going rate. 7.
