World Café Facilitation Board for Beginners: 3 Table Rounds, One Shared Insight Map

This beginner template helps first-time facilitators run a World Café for workplace dialogue or training. Across 4 pages, page 1 sets the topic, aim, 90-minute flow, ground rules, and table/host assignments; page 2 fills each table's flip-chart area with 3 rounds of talk as hosts relay the previous conversation to new arrivals; page 3 gathers every table's insights on a mind map, placed by how much they resonate and how soon you can act; page 4 decides what to take home, the first step, deadlines, a month of follow-up, and the next question. The task board has 5 columns from prep to done, with 4 parent tasks matching the 4 pages and 3 subtasks each. A World Café is a dialogue format: small tables of 4-6 people talk, then rotate so one table's conversation flows into the next. Sticky notes spell out example prompts, a 20-minute round structure, and the 3 things a host repeats at each rotation, so a first-timer can run it well. Built for about 16-24 participants.
