Stakeholder Map for Beginners: Sort by Influence x Interest, Plan Your Outreach as Tasks

Organizers of a community event or a new workplace project use this stakeholder map for beginners to sort each person by influence and interest, then plan how and when to reach out. Across four pages, you write the goal and timing and list stakeholders by role, place them on an influence-by-interest grid with reasons and feelings, pick what and how often to tell each quadrant, and fill in a contact plan for five people through to reviewing responses. The task board has four columns - prep, contacted, awaiting response, and done - with one parent task per page and three subtasks each. List everyone by role first, then reach high-influence, high-interest people before anyone else. The example plans a park summer festival, and using roles instead of names keeps it safe to share with your team.
