Roleplay Training for Beginners: Rotate Actor, Partner, and Observer to Fix One Thing

First-time roleplay trainers for customer service, sales, or phone calls rotate actor, partner, and observer roles in trios with this beginner template, narrowing each fix to one point. The whiteboard has four pages; page 1 sets the goal, three roles, round flow, and scenario cards; page 2 rotates roles for three rounds while filling in the observation sheet; page 3 has each person pick one fix and write the gap between current and target phrasing; and page 4 sets the line to try and the one-week follow-up. The task board has five columns, prep to done, with four parent tasks for the four pages and three subtasks each. Roleplaying means acting out a real scenario to rehearse what to say. Sticky notes model an example scenario, an 11-minute round flow, and the observer's write-up format, so first-timers can follow along from round one. Built for 6-12 people in 2-4 trios.
