Training Worksheet for Beginners: Team Handout Board to Answer, Compare, and Try One Thing

A beginner training worksheet for in-house team training, where participants answer one line each, compare in two groups, and decide one thing to try at work. It has four pages. On page 1 the trainer hands out the aims, ground rules, schedule, and three questions. On page 2 participants write answers in their own row. On page 3 the two groups read the table and choose one thing to try. On page 4 you capture the group's learning with YWT (what we did, what we learned, what we do next) and each person pledges what, when, and a check date. The task board has five columns, from Training prep to Done, with four parent tasks and three subtasks each. To start, just rewrite the questions on page 1. Members of a limited-visibility team can write at the same time from their own PCs. After training, turn each pledge into a task with an owner and a check date.
