Brainwriting (6-3-5) for Beginners | Write Silently & Pass: 6 People, Up to 108 Ideas in 30 Min

A beginner template for first-time brainwriting (6-3-5) facilitators, where 6 people silently write 3 ideas each, pass them on every 5 min, and gather up to 108 ideas in 30 min. Across 4 pages, write the topic, sharpen it with 5W1H, and confirm 3 rules on page 1, fill in 6 rounds of 3 ideas and pass the sheet on page 2, sort and pick starred ideas by impact and ease on page 3, and set who does what and by when, then run the first week, on page 4. The task board has 5 columns - not started, filling in, selecting, running, and done - with 4 parent tasks (set topic and rules, write and pass, pick best ideas, act on ideas), each holding 3 subtasks. The method is simple: write 3 ideas in the first row, pass the sheet on after 5 minutes, and the next person reads the row above and builds on it, until all 6 rows are filled. With 4 or 5 people, pass it as many times as there are people, and quieter members still add just as many ideas.
