Group Work Board for Beginners: Set Team Roles and Compare Presentations

Department leaders who split 6 to 9 people into 2 or 3 teams to work on the same half-year topic, such as cutting inquiries, can use this group work template for beginners. Its four pages: page 1 sets the topic and each team's facilitator, scribe, and presenter; page 2 has every team fill the same columns (situation, causes, actions, one-line pitch) at once and build its talk; page 3 compares the talks and picks candidate actions; page 4 turns them into 5W1H answers with owner, deadline, first step, and check date. The task board has four columns - preparing, teams working, presenting and deciding, carrying out actions - and 4 parent tasks with 3 subtasks each. Giving every team the same columns keeps answers comparable, so differences show when you listen. Each team picks one facilitator, one scribe, and one presenter, and the leader joins a team. Members of a limited-visibility team can write on the same board online.
